All transactions on the fb99 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fb99 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the Player and may incur fees imposed by the Player's financial institution.

• The Player's account activity raises concerns regarding money laundering, fraud, or other criminal conduct.
• The Player is under 21 years of age.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the safety, integrity, or reputation of the fb99 Platform.

Players may also request the voluntary closure of their own Account at any time by contacting fb99 support at [email protected]. Where an Account is closed voluntarily by the Player, any Real Money Funds remaining in the Wallet will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

In cases where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fb99 reserves the right to withhold all funds — including both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds — pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal conduct is confirmed, funds may be forfeited in their entirety.

The version of the Terms & Conditions that governs any particular transaction or dispute is the version that was in force at the time the relevant transaction was made or the relevant event occurred.
